Our Code of Professional Responsibility

Our responsibility in every contract is to put the interests of clients ahead of our own, and to serve them with integrity and competence.

Because we are specialized, we have files and tools that allow us to perform an assignment better, faster and cheaper than clients can do on their own. Our concentration on accomplishing the results is focused to provide fast and sure service so that our clients are freed to operate their on-going business without diversion. We will not serve two or more competing clients with the same product or service without obtaining the approval of each client to do so.

We will accept only those assignments we are qualified to perform and only those which will truly benefit the client. Our qualifications are based on competence and experience. We perform each assignment on an individualized basis, and develop recommendations that are specific practical solutions for that clients product.

Client Relationship

The process is different for every organization, but the values used for judging are the same:

Quality, as perceived by the client.

Honesty and integrity with clients.

Efficiency and productivity as each person works at his maximum ability.

Strongest possible commitment between the client and Tucano, and results are within reach.

Work is carried out in a manner which best satisfies the client. This can be arranged by commission, retainer for a stipulated period, or per each single project assignment.
