As a professional salesman and negotiator Waldemir has built his reputation through 28-years of experience as an entrepreneur, manager, executive, and a leader.

Business Experience

Before founding Tucano Brazil, Inc. Waldemir worked as a sales director and negotiator for 9 years for Daltene Commercial Exportadora and Daltene Investments, Co. his services as a sales director between Brazil and USA, Waldemir accomplished many successful commercial introductions of new products developed for consumers, government contract programs and new industrial development contracts.

In his work with companies, Waldemir applies a combination of International sales skills, tenacity, perseverance and commitment. Also he has the unique ability to negotiate conflict and motivate other toward their goals.

More than export management executive, he is a willing leader in establishing a strong cultural and business relationship between the United States of America and Brazil.

Education and Training

Waldemir holds a degree from the university of Publicity and Marketing- SP, followed by Sales & Administration Programs at PUC ( Pontificia University Catolic) and USP ( University of Sao Paulo). He is a member of several prestigious business organizations in Brazil and U.S.A.

Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish, Waldemir in an effective communicator and representative for any organization.
